My research has been in improving the efficiency and productivity of businesses through optimisation of their decision making. I have worked with the Mining, Forestry, Public Transport, Aluminium and Advertising industries. Currently, I am working as a freelance consultant with a specialisation in programming software for the optimisation of such problems.

I am the maintainer of the open source software PuLP (2,400+ GitHub stars) and a core contributor to re-frame, a ClojureScript framework for building user interfaces. Currently working with Day 8 Technology on optimisation software.
